What Aya does with Google Calendar
- Puts today’s meetings in Aya’s Brief, with a reminder and a Join button when a call is about to start.
- Prepares your meetings with people from outside: who they are, what you already said to each other, questions to ask.
- Creates or moves events in your calendar after your approval.
Your data
Aya reads your events to organise your day and never changes one without your approval.
Disconnect the calendar and its events leave Aya.
How to connect
- Download Aya for Mac or Windows and sign in.
- Open Aya Center, then Connectors, then Google Calendar, and click Connect.
- Sign in with Google and accept the calendar access.
- Ask Aya: “What does my day look like?”
